User Roles

In KLEKSI you have 4 standard user roles available. You can choose between administrator, processor, employee and analyst. When you set permissions you can set the read and write permissions per user role.

Go to the 'Roles' page in the menu on the left. Click on the + button to add a new user role.

Enter the name of the new user role (eg 'Volunteer'). Click save, the new user role has been created. Because this user role does not yet have any rights, this type of user cannot yet view sensitive information. If you want to grant this user certain privileges, you can set the permissions for this user role and grant living and/or writing rights in the relevant sections.
