Set permissions
Permissions can be set in different places. This can be done with the object types, the subjects, the drop-down lists and the procedures. You set the permissions by setting read and write rights for the different user roles.
By default, the permissions are set to public. Click on the toggle button to set the permissions. In the 'Read rights' field, select the user roles that are authorized to read the data. Under 'Write permissions', select the user roles that are authorized to edit data. You must also give user roles that are entitled to edit data read rights.
If someone is only allowed to read the data, but not edit it, set only read rights for this user. If a user is allowed to edit data, set read and write permissions for this user. User roles where you do not set read and/or write permissions have no knowledge of the existence of the relevant object type, subject, list box or procedure.
