Switching service

We ensure that the transition goes smoothly. We install the frontend on your domain and carefully transfer your data. This way you can quickly continue managing your collection(s). Simple and without worries.

This is how you switch to KLEKSI

Step 1

Select the license and installation package that best suits your organization and send your request to our sales department.

Step 2

We take care of everything for you: after the contract confirmation, we configure your KLEKSI environment and install the frontend on your website.

Step 3

Request a backup of your data from your current supplier.

Step 4

If you want to migrate data, make sure it is cleaned up beforehand. The Data Workshops of the Network Digital Heritage (NDE) will be happy to advise you on this. We can also clean up the data for you after this advice, but there are costs involved.

Step 5

If applicable, we transfer your data to the KLEKSI environment.

Step 6

If desired, you can follow a training in which you learn the functionalities and operation of KLEKSI. This way you quickly become familiar with the software and you get the best out of it immediately.

Step 7

Get back to managing your collection(s) right away.

Step 8

Cancel the contract with your previous supplier. Done!
