The software is owned by Sofco and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Sofco retains all rights not expressly assigned in writing. The user must treat the software as the user treats any other copyrighted product. A backup is kept for you by Sofco in case of emergency, and may then only be installed by Sofco, with a fee to be determined by Sofco. The user may not 'reverse engineer' (disassemble), decompile or disassemble the software, unless this restriction conflicts with applicable mandatory law. The program code, files and functionalities generated with the software may not be changed, unless this is done with a function included in the software for this purpose.
