Sentry is an open-source, cross-platform bug tracking tool that helps us monitor and fix crashes in real-time. Its key features help increase efficiency and improve user experience.

Our users can provide feedback via a form in case of an error detected by the system. The feedback from our users comes to us live and is projected on a large screen in our office. As soon as we have received this feedback, our team will actively start working to track down and fix the error. Sentry tells us in which backend file the problem has been detected. This way we can quickly take action and fix the error for you as soon as possible.
