Everything you need, easily arranged

Your main account is created by KLEKSI and linked to the license you choose. Depending on the license you choose, you will have access to one or two administrator accounts and five or ten user accounts. Do you want additional accounts? This is easily possible for a small monthly fee per account. As soon as you receive your login details, you can get started right away and create accounts for your team members yourself. The number of employee accounts is always expandable, so that your team can continue to grow with minimal costs.

Get started quickly, with or without data migration
If no data migration is required, you can get started within a week. In that case, you will receive the first invoice after installation and configuration of the system. Have we transferred data for you? Then the first invoice will be sent as soon as the migration is completed. Your license costs will then be invoiced monthly on the same day of the month. For your convenience, payment by direct debit is possible.

Flexible subscriptions, tailored to your needs
Your subscription has a minimum term of one year and is then automatically extended by one year. If you choose a term of three years, you will enjoy additional benefits on the license costs. This contract will also be tacitly extended by three years after expiration, so that you can continue to benefit from this advantage.

Cancelling is easy. Make sure you cancel at least two months before the end of the term so everything goes smoothly.
