The main account is installed by KLEKSI for you and linked to the subscription of your choice. After you have received the login details from us, you can then create accounts for colleagues within your team. The number of accounts you can create depends on the license you have chosen.
After approval and signing of our quote, you will receive the invoice for the installation and any other work that needs to be done for you. After we have transferred your existing data to the KLEKSI environment, you will receive the first invoice for the license costs. If you do not have any data, you can get started within a week and you will receive the first invoice after we have installed and configured the system for you. Invoicing of the license fees takes place every month on the same day of the month.
The duration of a contract is at least 1 year and is tacitly renewed annually by 1 year.If you opt for a term of 3 years, it will be tacitly extended by 3 years at the end of this period.The notice period is at least 2 months before the current contract ends.
