Using the handy and extensive search function, you can compile a list that you can then export to a CSV or Excel file. Before you export the list, KLEKSI offers the option to determine which columns you want to include in the export and in what order they should appear in the file.

You can then generate the list and specify who the file should be sent to. After the file has been generated, it will be automatically sent to the relevant email address. So you don't have to wait for the system to be ready, you can continue working in the system in the meantime.
