Using Hoot
Hoot is an AI-based system that helps you generate textual content. You are responsible for your own use of Hoot and the content generated. KLEKSI is not responsible for the consequences of your use of Hoot.

Usage Restrictions
You agree not to use KleksiGPT for any illegal, unethical or harmful purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, generating content that infringes intellectual property rights, is defamatory, hateful, abusive, harassing, obscene or otherwise objectionable.

Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you generate using Hoot. KLEKSI does not claim any ownership rights to the content generated by you. You agree that KLEKSI has the right to collect, analyze and use the generated content to improve the quality and functionality of Hoot.

Privacy
KLEKSI collects and uses personal data in accordance with the privacy policy. By using Hoot you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the privacy policy. Your chat history is saved and kept for training purposes and can be used to improve the quality of Hoot.

Limited liability
Hoot is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. KLEKSI shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of Hoot, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to the Terms
KLEKSI reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changed terms and conditions will take effect as soon as they are published on the website of KLEKSI. By continuing to use Hoot after changes to the terms, you agree to the changed terms.

Termination
KLEKSI reserves the right to terminate your access to Hoot at any time for any reason without notice.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which KLEKSI is located.

Dispute settlement
