KLEKSI offers various types of object fields and with which you can provide your objects with detailed information.
In KLEKSI you have the freedom to decide with which subjects and which field types you want to be able to archive your objects. There are now various field types. We strive to develop these in collaboration with museums and/or heritage institutions so that we can be sure that they perfectly match the wishes of the end user.For example, in collaboration with Museum Thorn, a field type has been added to indicate a location on the basis of Geo-coordinates. In collaboration with the Prehistoric Museum, we have added a field type that automatically generates new consecutive object numbers to avoid duplicate object numbers when working on the collection with several people at the same time. In collaboration with the Eindhoven Museum, a field type has been added to link extra documents to an object.You can currently choose from the following types:Input fieldText area Date Attach document Link (Url) Coordinates Reminder Autonumbering
