We have great news! Erfgoed Gelderland and the CollectieGelderland network, along with 60 affiliated organizations, have chosen KLEKSI as their new collection registration system. A fantastic step in making Gelderland's heritage collections visible and usable!
The network previously used a system that no longer fully met the national guidelines of the Digital Heritage Network. Therefore, in 2025, a new system was sought that was future-proof, flexible, and user-friendly. After extensive testing and user feedback, KLEKSI emerged as the clear winner!
Why KLEKSI?
KLEKSI fully complies with national guidelines and offers a flexible design. This means CollectieGelderland will be able to manage its diverse collections even more effectively. Moreover, users of the old system found KLEKSI to be the most intuitive and user-friendly system to work with. This makes us especially proud!
What's about to happen?
The transition to KLEKSI will take place in 2026. Erfgoed Gelderland will support this migration with training, planning, and data migration. A special information day for all current users will be held on January 23, 2026. The transition will be explained and there will be an opportunity to ask questions.
We look forward to supporting CollectieGelderland during this transition and working together on a future-proof, user-friendly system for Gelderland's heritage collections.
