Our pricing consists of 2 parts, a (SaaS) license and an installation package. You only need 1 license for all users within your organization. The license depends on the number of objects you want to digitize and the functions you want.

In addition to the licenses, we offer 3 installation packages for installing and configuring the frontend for visitors to your website. Basic the standard installation, Personal the personalized installation adapted to the house style of your website and Enterprise for organizations with a need for customization.

Fair Use Policy

Our licenses are subject to a Fair Use Policy. This policy means that each user can use up to twice the average capacity. The actual user average is periodically determined by us based on the capacity usage by similar users. The advantage of such a construction is that a peak in your data traffic is not charged. We will only contact you if your data traffic is structurally too high.

Do you expect a lot of storage or data traffic?
Or does your collection, for example, consist of many video files, sound files and/or documents? You pay outside your bundle (depending on your package, 25 MB per object or 2.5 MB (LITE) per object) only for the storage and data traffic that you use extra, so that the costs are kept as low as possible.

Installation

To make your collection(s) public, we install a search and filter option for visitors on your website.
Visitors can view the object data for each object via a beautifully designed detail page.
We also take care of the SEO so that every object can be easily found via search engines.
